The product comes in a jar as a loose powder that for me can be kinda tricky to work with. This is just personal opinion, just I'grand partial to pressed pans instead.

Okay, let's dish (pitiful, bad pun).

I was thrilled to run across R. Blais take summit honors, only that foie gras ice cream? EWW! Tabs wasn't the only one who idea that desert looked like cat food (no offense, Richard).

But other than the deserts, I idea both he and Mike knocked out some astounding food. I could near gustation it from hither, YUM!

Wouldn't it be great to be a judge on that prove (one that didn't have to vote)? I couldn't hack information technology though. I just don't accept the culinary vocabulary. I mean, how many times tin can you say, "This is great!!!" or "This tastes like overcooked toe jam"? Haha!
